Pre-Order Policy

At PikaCard we offer pre-order opportunities for upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collectibles. This Pre-Order Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when placing a pre-order with us.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that has not yet been released or is not currently available for immediate shipment.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before its official release date.

2. Payment for Pre-Orders

  • Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated.

  • By completing a pre-order, you authorize PikaCard Shop to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Pre-order prices are subject to change only before your order is confirmed. Once your order is placed, your price is locked in unless otherwise required by law.

3. Release Dates and Delays

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change.

PikaCard Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Manufacturer production issues

  • Distributor delays

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

If a release date changes, we will provide updates when possible.

4. Shipping Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available after the official release date.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.

  • In some cases, we may offer separate shipments depending on availability and shipping arrangements.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellations may be requested before the item enters the shipping or fulfillment process.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us as soon as possible at contact@pikacard.shop.

  • Include your order number and customer information.

Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

6. Limited Availability Products

Some pre-order products may have limited quantities.

PikaCard Shop reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer.

  • Cancel duplicate or excessive orders.

  • Cancel orders affected by distributor allocation changes or inventory limitations.

If we must cancel a pre-order due to availability issues, customers will receive a full refund for the affected item.

7. Pokémon Trading Card Game Products

For Pokémon TCG pre-orders:

  • Product contents are determined by the manufacturer.

  • PikaCard Shop does not guarantee specific cards, pull rates, or rarities.

  • Packaging and included promotional items may vary depending on manufacturer production.

8. Refunds for Canceled Pre-Orders

Approved pre-order refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
